Synchrony
Our 23rd brew.
A dark Stout with a roasted and oaky touch to it. Over all a great Macallan whisky flavour and nose comes from it. Subtle yet flavourfull, light creamy with a full bodied note.

Giedi Prime
Our 22nd brew.
A dark porter, our first try, with a nice smokey and oaky note. Dont forget the coffee/chocolat flavours.

Kaitain
Our 21st brew.
Training grounds on Kaitain, needs a fresh and sweet Melomel Mead. This packs a punch with 17% abv, so be carefull. Made with local honey and Maple Syrup, and fresh tropical fruits like Papaya, Watermelon and Mango.
Our second Mead, and hopefully a new step up.

Caladan
Our 20th brew.
Tropical beaches on Caladan for that salty fresh sun ridden feel on your face. Get ready for a fresh and tropical flavour in this one. Hazy with overflow of hops and flavour. Fruity notes with great hoppyness of the Citra, Mosaic and Sabro hops. Dry hopped for added flavour and bitterness

Arrakis
Our 19th brew.
Arrakis, the dune planet. Like Arrakis, this one has a light reddish colour to it. Typical belgian triple with a good maltyness and a hoppy character. Light herbal with coriander seeds, three different hopps and Candy sugar.

Makemake
Our 18th brew.
Our newest beer is a Oatmeal Stout, specially made for Halloween. Unfortunately it will be a little late due to very active and long fermentattion. Expect a light dark, and chocolat stout with added tonka bean flavours.
Sweet and light, almost like a export stout so very easy drinkeable.

Haumea
Our 17th brew.
Our first Mead made with local produced Honey and fresh rasp- and blue berries and added habanero chillies. The nose is heavy on (red)fruits and chillie warmth. First flavors were fruit and warm, with good sweetness and hefty abv preseance.
Gonna love this one in the summer heat! Not for the faint at heart!

Ceres
Our 16th brew.
Our first IPA made with kveik yeast. The nose is heavy on fruity and light vanilla tones. Also to make this one stand out we used some great habanero chillies to give it a extra kick. First flavors were fruit and warm, so dont be shy and try this one soon!

Pluto
Our 15th brew.
Our first Cider, crisp an fresh. Apple with a Raspberry touch ending in a lime ending. Color is Amber/Golden/Brown/Red, beautifull and clear. Drink responsible, the 5,6 abv is hidden well.

Eris
Our 14th brew.
Specialty IPA, triple dry hopped with Fuggles/Saaz/Chinook hops for a very fragrent citrussy and fruity nose. Flavours of citrus fruit, orange and lemon. Flavour is hoppy and with a ligth sweet touch.
Ingredients also feature goji berries and spcial black lemons.

terra nova batch #3 Aberfeldy 12 yrs
Our 13th brew.
This is our Terra Nova base stout with all its trims and flavors, but with our third Oak Aging. Batch #3 is aged for 3 months on Aberfeldy 12 yrs whisky, and on American oak. This one has a very refined whisky smell, with great roasted oakyness to it. Combined with chocolat and coffee touches, expect a very rich beer for you beer and whisky lovers. The first of many to come.

terra nova batch #2 Buain Mhoine Strong
Our 12th brew.
This is our Terra Nova base stout with all its trims and flavors, but with our second Oak Aging. Batch #2 is aged for 3 months on Buian Mhoine strong (56%) whisky, and on American oak. This one has a very refined whisky smell, with great roasted oakyness to it. Combined with good chocolat and coffee touches, expect a very rich beer for you beer and whisky lovers. The second of many to come.

terra nova batch #1 Bunnahabhain
Our 11th brew.
This is our Terra Nova base stout with all its trims and flavors, but with our first Oak Aging. Batch #1 is aged for 6 months on Bunnahabhain Stiuireadair whisky, and on heavy french oak. This one has a very refined whisky smell, with great roasted oakyness to it. So expect a very rich beer for you beer and whisky lovers. The first of many to come.

Our 10th brew.
The 2.0 version of our first Terra stout, where we upped the abv from 5,8 to 9,6 abv.
Flavor wise its still very good in chocolat, coffee and maltyness with a medium thick body. Good creamyness and a very black color. Full of great American Hops for that typical American Stout touch. Like i said a great heavy alcohol presence for that extra stout experience. Cheers

Our Ninth brew.
A sweet Dutch abbey beer, with a sweet and herbal touch. Beautifull ruby red/brownish color to it. Easy drinkeability with a great foamy head. Enjoy this one on cold days.

Terra
Our eigth brew.
Back to basics with this basic sweet stout. We wanted to create a simple but yet very tasty sweet stout, low in abv but with big creamy texture and a full body chocolat and coffee flavor and is as black as the night. This is gonna be the base stout for our future oak aged variaties on diverse whisky's, port and liquer's.

Our first seasonal beer
Not as hot as the Sun, but it will probably give you a warm feeling anyway. Lots of pumpkin, to give it a beautifull orange haze to it. A nice sweetness with a nose of Star Anise, wich you will also taste.

Our Sixth Brew.
Our first experimental beer.
Expect a malty beer, single hopped with a nice orange peel, and juniper berry touch. We also Double Dry hopped this one with Simcoe and Summit hops. Also we should expect a citrus fruit overtone on this light and drinkeable pale ale.

Our Fifth Brew.
A dark Tonka, Cacao Chili Stout.
Expect a very dark stout with a very nice Tonka bean flavor. Sweetness from the Cacao nibs and spicey (no heat) and earthy tones of the NORA chili.
A small bitterness from the aromatic hops used.

Our third brew, in celebration or our new beer setup.
A Russian Imperial Stout.
It has aroma's of chocolat, caramel and coffee, with a hefty malted/roasted touch. We also tried to created a high hop touch, as we thought these beers are usually missing a direct hop touch, so we experimented there with Summit hops. A complex and rich beer indeed.

Mercury
Our second brew, in celebration of our new beer setup.
A strong ale on red wine oak.
It has a good fresh malty flavour, with a small sour grape touch. Added a small Summit Hop amount for a hoppy addition.

A Roman Imperial Pale Ale.
It has an Ancient Roman ingredient. Nice Simcoe hops with oak chips.
