When brewing your beers at home, there are a lot of things to think about. We find ourselves constantly thinking about the hops we want or should be using.
Usually its all about the recipe, starting with the malts to use. The fermentables and the ingredients that make up the flavours in general. Well the hops are at the heart of those flavours. Hops can make your beer go from a bitter herbal taste to a fruity sweet taste. Its all about those hop flowers or pellets wichever you use. And another problem is, that there are so many hops out there, so wich you want to use.
