Well it has been quite a while since our last brew. Yes a lot has happened, the war in Ukraine and personal things making it a very busy time. Recently we made a new recipe with our first time using Kveik yeast.
The aroma's coming out of this yeast are phenomenal. For the first time brewing, there was a heavy Krauzen head in the fermenter so that was a surprise for us. However we made 20 litres, put it in 48 bottles and one Keg.
The smell was great, the first taste very promissing and they are now resting for a couple of weeks before we can open them.
