Our first DDH beer reviewed.

Hi homebrewers, hope you are doing great. Getting down with it and brewing the hell out of great ingredients.

We at Colossal Cat Brewing continue brewing all the time, and try do do something different when we can. So our sixth brew Luna, was a very special treat for us. It was our first actual experimental beer wich we brewed without a thought up recipe first hand. We did it from scratch with some cool and special added ingredients and then did our first Dry hopping... twice so a DDH. We used unconventional hops for this, but hoped the flavour profile would compliment the aded ingredients well, and it did.

We tasted it and were blown away by the result. When opening the bottle we hear a very pleasent pfissh from great carbonisation. Pooring it in the glass with a good foamy head. The smells are of orange and stone fruit with a great hoppy aroma.

First sip is hoppy, and fruity with a definitive  orange peel flavor. Long lasting and with a very satisfying "cottonmouth" ending, so typical for a good dry hopping. We did it twice, so its a very hefty fresh and fruity bitterness.

We hope you guys can taste it some time, i hope you guys like it.
