After a small break, we finally bottled our 8th brew, TERRA!
We are up for a collection of Oak Aged stout variety's, and wanted first to create a solid and tasty base. So we got some great malts and oats, en secured some nice hops. We wanted to make a sweet but oh so dark stout with a medium thick, sweet and warm feeling. And dare i say this one is so dark, its as black as the night. The smell is of coffee and chocolat, with a small raosted touch. The mouthfeel is medium thick and creamy with a very warm feeling. Cannot wait untill we can fully try this one after the conditioning had finished.
