Yes it's official our first real winter beer. It is our 9th brew and it is called Neptune!
Seeing these days are getting colder and wetter, we wanted to create a beer to drink on those cold days. Keep this one at 12 degrees, for a sweet and aromatic Dutch Abbey ale. This one will be easy drinkeable with an ABV of around 7,7% with a small herbal and spice finish. A great full nose and great ruby red/brownish color.
