Today on the Dutch "Good Friday" holliday, we have finally bottled batch #2 and #3 of our Oak Aged beers. Made in our new conical fermenters, we were able to bottle the beers without actually opening the fermenters up. The smell is again as expected, slightly boozy with chocolat and coffee coming through. Yes we also smell the whisky and oak coming through giving it a very warm body.
